Pre-order Terms and Conditions These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders ("Pre-order") with monyok.com. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any monyok.com Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. 

A pre-order is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. 

You will be charged the Full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. 

Pre-Order items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Price & Payment 
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. Methods of payment accepted are:
(1) Bank Transfers; 
(2) Payment Gateway (Visa & MasterCard) 

The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, extra sizes & shipping fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility. Priority monyok.com will produce Products according to the order in which the Pre-order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. 

Delivery Schedule 
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and monyok.com does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, monyok.com is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you updates with respect to such delivery schedule.

Limitation of Liability 
Under no circumstances will monyok.com be held liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages arising out or related to this agreement. In the event that monyok.com is held liable for any damages arising out or related to these terms, your sole and exclusive remedy will be the replace another product based on our Return & Exchange policy. Changes of Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions herein from time to time. We may change any or all aspects of services provided by the website at any time and without notice. Nothing in this Agreement will constrain how we operate our business. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications.

What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
